Our three rosettes chef Francis Das has been involved with the provision of fine dining and quality cuisine since the 1990s, having served as Executive Head Chef at a number of prestigious dining establishments across the country.
Francis possesses a rich and wide knowledge of both British and international food traditions. Over the decades, he has developed impressive, innovative menus influenced by diverse regional cultures, harmoniously blending refined culinary techniques with generous, comfort-led pub classics.
